Ordering

You order on the site, on WhatsApp or on LINE. Your order is confirmed when Zeny confirms it on WhatsApp or LINE.

Prices are in Thai baht and can change with the season. The price you see when you order is the price you pay. Items sold by weight are weighed when we pack them, and the final amount follows that weight.

Delivery

We deliver every day across Koh Samui in the window you choose. Delivery is ฿10 per km from our shop, and free from a ฿1,000 basket. Pickup at the shop in Bophut is always free.

Please make sure someone can receive the order, or tell the rider where to leave it in the note for the rider.

Payment

Pay on delivery (cash) or by bank transfer.

Substitutions

If an item is not available or not good enough on the day, we call or message you before we pack, and you choose a swap or leave it out. We never swap without asking.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order for free until we start packing it. Message Zeny on WhatsApp or LINE. Once it is packed we cannot take it back.

Privacy

We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order and to talk to you about it.
