Step 1: Browse the Shop Online

Head to our website and open the shop. You can scroll the full range, from everyday vegetables and fruit to specialty imports, with prices listed clearly. Take your time and add whatever you need to your cart.

Step 2: Build Your Cart

Add items, adjust quantities and review your basket. This is the easiest way to see your running total, which helps you reach the delivery minimum for your area before you check out.

Step 3: Confirm via WhatsApp or LINE

Once your cart is ready, send it to us to confirm. You can place your order through WhatsApp or LINE, whichever you prefer. A real person checks your order, confirms availability and locks in your delivery slot. This personal step is also where you can ask questions, request a substitution or flag anything specific about your delivery address.

Step 4: Receive and Pay

Your order arrives in our refrigerated van. You pay on delivery, either in cash or by PromptPay. There is nothing to sort out in advance.

Delivery Zones and Minimum Orders

We deliver across Koh Samui, with a minimum order that depends on where you are.

• Chaweng, Bophut and Mae Nam: minimum order of ฿499
• Anywhere else on the island: minimum order of ฿999

Timing and the 2pm Cut-Off

We run one refrigerated van daily from the shop, and timing is simple. Order before 2pm and your produce is delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2pm move to the following day's run.

This next-day rhythm is intentional. It lets us bring produce in fresh and deliver it cold, rather than holding stock for long periods. Planning your week around the 2pm cut-off is the best way to keep your kitchen stocked without any gaps.

Need It Same Day?

For urgent, same-day needs, you can use Grab to collect from us. It is a handy backup when you have run out of something and cannot wait. Just keep in mind that ordering direct from Veggies To Go gives you better pricing and access to the full range, so for your main weekly shop, direct delivery is the smarter choice.

Prefer to Collect in Person?

In-store pickup is always available at our Bophut shop. We are open 8am to 5:30pm daily, so you can drop in, choose your produce by hand and take it home whenever it suits you. You will find us on the main road in Bophut, between the two big retail stores.

Pickup is a great option if you happen to be passing, want to browse in person, or need something right away without waiting for the next delivery run.

Payment Options

We keep payment relaxed and local. You can pay:

• On delivery, in cash when your order arrives
• By PromptPay, the quick Thai bank transfer system

We do not currently take online card payments, so there is no need to enter card details on the website. Everything is settled simply at the point of delivery or pickup.
